Before launch we will publish US service regions, shipping charges, taxes, estimated shipment times, cancellation rights, return conditions and a verified return contact and address.

For US orders after launch, shipment promises must have a reasonable basis. If an order cannot ship within the promised time (or 30 days when no time is stated), delay consent or cancellation and a prompt refund must be offered as required by the FTC rule.
